Then be part of our Market Leading Recruitment Group and work towards being a Principal Account Manager...<br>Based in Sale, South Manchester, Salary to circa £25 000 plus uncapped bonus & excellent, long-term career opportunities.<br><br>If you have Recruitment or Resourcing experience (6 months +) and you are looking for a new position in which you can use your Candidate Searching and Matching experience, in a proactive manner but without having to develop new business then we would like to hear from you. This role will see you working as part of a Resource Team, supporting volume technical vacancies on behalf of one of our Major Accounts.<br><br>On a daily basis therefore you will be Sourcing and Qualifying potential candidates for a variety of positions on behalf of your dedicated Client. In order to initially source candidates you will employ a number of different search methods to include database searching, using on-line job boards, advertising, networking and gaining recommendations and possibly some Headhunting. You will then qualify these candidates through structured telephone contact and in-depth questioning and then match suitable candidates to vacancies. <br>You will also support your clients in the full recruitment cycle by preparing candidates CV’s, short-listing, arranging interviews, managing feedback, offers and extensions of employment.<br><br>This is a fast paced position, there will be lots of variety, there is an excellent team spirit and good progression prospects due to team size and structure and company expansion plans.<br><br>If you have Resourcing, Recruitment Account Management/RPO or perhaps Consultancy experience and you wish to step away from Sales yet you are self motivated, organised, able to produce a high standard of work, a strong communicator, confident and articulate and you are looking for a career –then please contact JAM Internal Recruitment on 0845 050 8938 to discuss this opportunity.
