ROLE



Your main role will be to support, train and mentor your team, ensuring KPIs are achieved and a high level of service is delivered to all existing clients, whilst always looking for additional revenue opportunities with both established and new clients.





IDEAL CANDIDATE



• Have a minimum of 2 years Senior Consultant / Team Leader experience in Industrial Recruitment.

• Must have a proven track record of improving year on year growth and profitability.

• Strong leadership qualities and motivational skills.
