THE ROLE





• As a Consultant, you will build on the existing business in the branch, dealing with the whole sales, servicing, recruiting and administration functions within the recruitment industry processes.

• You will be ambitious, self motivated and confident in delivering a high standard of service to both clients and candidates.

• The role will involve telesales, face-to-face sales and delivering a quality service to clients.

• You will be placing part qualified and qualified finance professionals into a range of positions within the local area

• Typical salaries for the roles you will be recruiting for are £25k and above







THE IDEAL CANDIDATE





• Excellent track record of success as a Recruitment Consultant

• Ideally you will come from a Financial Recruitment background or a Professional Services background and be used to dealing with mid to Senior Level candidates

• Have an ability to build relationships with candidates and clients

• Ability to hit the ground running, and relish the challenge of making the desk your own.

• Not be afraid of picking up the phone to win new business

• Smart and professional with an excellent and confident telephone manner

• Must have worked in a Recruitment Consultancy environment

• Hold a current full UK driving license
