A fantastic opportunity in a quality Hotel based in East Lancashire with very high standards of food and service. Currently with 40 bedrooms, function room and excellent Restaurant. This is a business which will grow over the next few years.



We are looking for a quality Head Chef who has the ability to work in this busy environment. Cooking with only the best fresh produce and producing quality dishes up to a 2 Rosette standard.



The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in good quality establishments. You will be highly motivated professional and be dedicated to improving and developing the Restaurant by help train and motivate the team and have a hands on approach to work.



You will have the experience and the wiliness to be creative in the challenging yet rewarding role.
