Customer Services Executive



We are looking for customer focused Sales Support Executives to be based at our European Headquarters in Birmingham .

The role is very varied and will involve taking incoming telephone enquiries and sales orders from our consumer and business customers , calling customers who have visited our online website , offering administration assistance to our business to business sales team , setting up credit accounts and conducting some outbound calling to both profile customers and generate interest for specific products , together with offering general advice and guidance to our customers and providing account management of a portfolio of smaller business clients .



We are looking for a very adaptable ,flexible and confident individuals team players who are very enthusiastic , possesses some call centre ,telemarketing experience , excellent customer services skills with well developed communication and interpersonal skills .

Strong administration and IT literacy is essential as is the ability to work in a very fast paced sales and customer focused environment .



We are offering a base salary of up to £17k plus a bonus of up to £3k per annum , full induction and ongoing training , good career prospects and excellent working conditions .
