We are looking for a quality Sous Chef who has the ability to work with exciting and experienced team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in good quality establishments.



This is fantastic opportunity to work in friendly yet professional environment the food is all prepared fresh on site and is a very high standard. Cooking with only the best fresh produce and producing quality dishes up to a 2 Rosette standard.

You will deputise for the Head Chef in his absence and you will need to be able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.



You will have the experience and the wiliness to be creative in the challenging yet rewarding role.
