This is a quailty Restaurant with a company with a reputation for producing an excellent standard of food and service. They now have an opportunity for a Head Chef.



The successful candidate will have a proven track record and be able to demonstrate the quality and dedication required when working in a busy establishment. You will be responsible for overseeing the Restaurant kitchen including stock control, health and safety, staff training, setting up good working practises and hands on cooking.

The food will be quick service with a variety of dishes to suit all from steaks, grills but all cooked from fresh.
